Role Overview :


We are looking for a high-impact Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end hiring for technical and engineering roles across the organization. This role requires a strong blend of execution excellence, stakeholder management, and strategic sourcing, with complete ownership of the recruitment lifecycle.
You will work closely with business leaders to build high-quality engineering teams, hiring for niche and critical roles across product, R&D, and manufacturing domains.
Key Responsibilities :


- Own and drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding

- Lead lateral and leadership hiring mandates for technical roles across engineering, product, and R&D functions

- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce plans, role expectations, and team fit

- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and headhunting techniques

- Build strong pipelines through passive candidate sourcing and talent mapping

- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure technical and cultural alignment

- Manage offer discussions, salary benchmarking, and negotiation, ensuring high offer-to-join conversion

- Maintain recruitment dashboards, hiring metrics, and MIS reporting

- Collaborate with external partners, consultants, and campus teams when required

- Drive employer branding initiatives, hiring events, and candidate engagement programs

- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience across all hiring stages

- Stay updated on market trends, hiring benchmarks, and competitor practices

- Demonstrate strong ownership, accountability, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines

- Handle confidential information with maturity and discretion
Candidate Profile :

- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong ownership of end-to-end hiring

- Proven expertise in technical hiring for product, engineering, or manufacturing organizations

- Hands-on experience in lateral and leadership hiring across engineering functions

- Strong experience in headhunting and passive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and advanced sourcing techniques

- Solid understanding of engineering roles (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Systems, Software, etc.)

- Strong skills in candidate screening, stakeholder management, and interview evaluation

- Proven track record in closing niche and hard-to-fill roles

- Experience in salary benchmarking, offer rollout, and negotiation

- Hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS tools such as Keka, Darwinbox, GreytHR, or similar platforms

- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Background :

- Experience in product-based or engineering-driven organizations (manufacturing, aerospace, UAV, automotive, etc.)

- Educational background in Engineering (B.Tech) or MBA in HR is an advantage

Additional Details :

- Work Location : Bhubaneswar (On-site)

- Probation : 6 months (confirmation post review)

- Joining : Immediate or short notice preferred

- Selection Process : Two rounds HR competency discussion followed by leadership interaction
