Your Responsibilities:
- Bringing our tech vision to life through expert coding skills, solid engineering thinking, and solution design
- Leading the execution of major and complex features and initiatives
- Architecting and designing scalable and efficient software solutions for medium to large business requirements
- Driving customer satisfaction metrics such as NPS and unsubscribe rate
- Ensuring a great developer experience and operational excellence
- Setting an example in terms of output, quality, clean code, and system simplicity
- Conducting advanced code and solution reviews to maintain standards and best practices
- Mentoring intermediate and junior engineers for their growth and development
- Contributing to the progress of the tech vision and maintaining a deep understanding of the Crewmeister code base, infrastructure, and architecture
Your Qualifications:
- Expertise in Flutter and JavaScript
- Strong mentoring skills to guide team members effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Effective communication skills, especially within the product team
- Ability to make technical decisions competently
- High motivation and enthusiasm to drive progress independently

- Positive and constructive attitude in all situations
- Knowledge in user experience and its application in ongoing initiatives
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with our tech stack
- Experience in building mobile apps is a plus
- Fluent in English, with German language skills considered advantageous
- Sense of humor and table soccer skills are welcomed additions
