Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- Vendor Receipt and appointment Scheduling with Vendors and inward capacity planning
- Receiving & managing flow of material from stores & other DCs.
- Coordination's with Buying Team for Vendor Related issues
- Resolving discrepancies of Store Returns
- Ensuring material put away to the right location.
- Maintain and nurture customer and vendor relationships
- Coordinating with Stores and Store managers for SLM pick up
- Space planning for inter dc movement
- Managing to minimise the errors & improve the Inbound accuracy.
- Monthly Review with all service providers with respect to SLA's, KPI's, SOP's & DEPS.
- Review warehouse logistics and improve where possible
- Sharing Inbound related MIS reports.
- Ensuring to share required documents with commercial team for vendor payment
- Maintaining stock accuracy
- Ensuring WM hygiene
- 100% put away as per defined TAT.
- Audit of bin locations post movement of stocks.
- 100% picking of stocks as per allocations received in the defined TAT.
- Investigating stores short excess cases.
- Coordinate and manage daily physical cycle count as per pre-defined schedule.
- Record daily deliveries and shipment to maintain information required for periodic inventory reconciliation
- Create and maintain spreadsheets for the report and analysis of data

- Provide written reports and results of data analysis to senior management.
- Regular action on slow moving inventory
- Audit of consumable inventory
- Maintaining stock between DC primary and reserve location of DC.
- Bin optimization activity
Shortage/Excess report analysis report.
Skills Required:
- Working knowledge of MS Office Utilities Excel, Power point, Word, Data analysis.
- SAP Knowledge is preferable
