Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals - Brand Manager

Objective:

- The person will be responsible to develop and deploy brand communication
- Own the delivery of the brand strategy in close alignment with the business function
- Brand activations to drive consideration in regional markets for focus categories
Key Responsibilities:

Brand Communication

- Development of marketing communications across all consumer touch points including content, Digital and ATL for specific category
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of ATL/BTL/TTL campaigns - from briefing to post-campaign evaluation.
- Work closely with creative and media agencies to develop effective and impactful communication.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints (TV, Print, Digital, OOH, POSM, PR, etc.).
Media Management

- Collaborate with media agencies to plan, execute, and optimize media campaigns (offline and digital).
- Track and analyze media performance metrics to drive better ROI.
- Stay updated on emerging media trends, consumer behaviors, and platform innovations.
Agency Management

- Custodian of creative, media agencies to build and drive the brand strategy.
- Measuring performance of overall Marketing and Branding efforts
