Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited is seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition leader to drive the organization's hiring agenda across leadership, mid-management, and early careers talent. The role will be responsible for building a strong employer brand, strengthening campus engagement, and enabling leadership hiring while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities :

- Talent Acquisition Strategy : Develop and execute the overall talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Leadership Hiring : Lead senior and leadership-level hiring across business units.
- Employer Branding : Develop and execute employer branding strategies to enhance the organization's positioning as an employer of choice.
- Campus Recruitment & Early Careers : Design and lead campus hiring strategy across premier B-Schools and Engineering Institutes.
- Stakeholder Management : Act as a strategic talent advisor to business leaders.
- Talent Acquisition Operations : Establish hiring dashboards, recruitment metrics, and governance mechanisms.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Education : Full-time MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent from a premier institute.
Experience : 15+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience. Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition for large manufacturing organizations.
