Job Description

    As a DevOps Lead with a focus on AWS cloud technologies, you will be responsible for driving automation, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and managing secure and scalable infrastructure. Your role will involve leading DevOps practices, mentoring team members, and ensuring seamless collaboration between development and operations teams to support continuous delivery and cloud deployments.

    Your key responsibilities will include designing and managing AWS cloud infrastructure solutions using services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda. You will also be involved in building and maintaining efficient CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, and CodePipeline, as well as automating deployments with AWS services like CodeDeploy and CodeBuild.
    Additionally, you will implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or CDK, and automate routine operational tasks using scripting languages like Python and Bash. Monitoring, incident management, security best practices, and compliance with AWS Well-Architected Framework principles will also be key aspects of your role.

    Collaboration with development teams to integrate DevOps practices, mentorship of junior team members, and staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in DevOps and AWS are important elements of this position. Your technical skills should include expertise in AWS services, proficiency with CI/CD tools, experience with IaC tools, knowledge of containerization and orchestration, and scripting and automation abilities.
    You should have a proven track record of leading DevOps initiatives in agile environments, experience with high-availability architecture and disaster recovery in AWS, as well as strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with AWS certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect and AWS DevOps Engineer, are required for this role.,
