Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Generation:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieverevenue targetsfor the Staff Augmentation vertical.
- Identify and capture high-value opportunities in the IT staffing market, focusing on clients in sectors like BFSI, e-commerce, healthcare, and emerging tech industries.
- Establish pricing models and service packages to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive offerings.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the staff augmentation space across industries like health, BFSI, e-commerce etc.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through market research, networking, and relationship-building activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and business pitches to prospective clients.
- Participating in trade shows and other marketing events

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Build strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their business goals and staffing requirements.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of quality talent for client projects.
- Monitor and manage client satisfaction, ensuring retention and growth of existing accounts.
- Regularly review and optimize account performance to meet both client expectations and company objectives.
- Negotiating sales contracts and agreements where required.
- Providing product and service information to customers as per need identified and request made
Team Leadership:
- Provide guidance and support to the recruitment team to align their efforts with client needs.
- Build a collaborative work environment to drive team performance and ensure successful project delivery.
