Job Description

Job Title: Manager Business Development & Account Management

Experience: 10+ years

Location: Airoli, Navi-Mumbai- Work from Office

Industry: Software Development & Services

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Generation:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to achieverevenue targetsfor the Staff Augmentation vertical.
  2. Identify and capture high-value opportunities in the IT staffing market, focusing on clients in sectors like BFSI, e-commerce, healthcare, and emerging tech industries.
  3. Establish pricing models and service packages to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive offerings.

Business Development:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the staff augmentation space across industries like health, BFSI, e-commerce etc.
  2. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
  3. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through market research, networking, and relationship-building activities.
  4. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and business pitches to prospective clients.
  5. Participating in trade shows and other marketing events

Account Management:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
  2. Build strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their business goals and staffing requirements.
  3. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of quality talent for client projects.
  4. Monitor and manage client satisfaction, ensuring retention and growth of existing accounts.
  5. Regularly review and optimize account performance to meet both client expectations and company objectives.
  6. Negotiating sales contracts and agreements where required.
  7. Providing product and service information to customers as per need identified and request made

Team Leadership:

  1. Provide guidance and support to the recruitment team to align their efforts with client needs.
  2. Build a collaborative work environment to drive team performance and ensure successful project delivery.
