Job Description

You are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer role at CrossAsyst in Navi Mumbai, where you will leverage your 9+ years of experience in QA Automation, specifically using C#, Selenium, API testing, and SQL Server. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and executing automated test suites to ensure high software quality across Web and API layers. As a key member of the QA team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive product quality and contribute to the development of scalable automation frameworks.

Your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites using C# and Selenium WebDriver. You will also implement and manage API test automation using tools like RestSharp or Postman, as well as write and execute SQL queries to validate backend data in SQL Server. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, participation in Agile ceremonies, and integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will analyze test failures, debug issues, provide root cause analysis, and mentor other QA team members.
To excel in this position, you should possess 9 years of experience in QA Automation, strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and automation design patterns, proficiency in API testing, and hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps or Jenkins. Familiarity with version control systems, test reporting tools, BDD frameworks, and test management tools will be advantageous. Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments, containerized environments, cloud platforms, and relevant certifications will also be beneficial.

Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or possess equivalent work experience. Your excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills will be essential in this role to drive technology innovation and ensure better and faster outcomes for the company.
