Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across the engineering team, overseeing architecture, design, development pipelines, and contributing individually when needed.
- Develop and execute a robust technology strategy that drives innovation, enhances scalability, and ensures high-quality product performance.
- Monitor and optimize key engineering KPIs including sprint velocity, delivery timelines, incident resolution, and defect rates to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and business stakeholders to shape product roadmaps and deliver features on schedule.
- Own architectural decisions for major projects, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability of the entire tech stack.
- Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture focused on continuous learning, collaboration, and technical excellence.
- Serve as a strategic partner in the companys growth journey, offering insights and technical expertise in business planning and innovation.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, driving adoption where relevant to enhance product and platform capabilities.
- Mentor and develop engineering leaders and individual contributors, supporting their growth in technical and leadership competencies.
- Demonstrated experience as an engineering leader in high-growth, fast-paced technology environments.
- Strong technical foundation in software engineering, system architecture, and infrastructure operations.

- Proven experience in building and scaling cloud-native applications and distributed systems.
- Adept at leading, mentoring, and building high-performing teams across geographies.
- Deep understanding of agile software development, DevOps best practices, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, and a passion for innovation.
