Head Of Finance - Not For Profit

Primary Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial planning and analysis: lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, scenario modelling and monthly management reporting to drive commercial decisions.
• Lead accounting, statutory reporting and compliance for India operations and cross-border consolidated reporting; ensure audit readiness and control frameworks (SOX/ICFR where applicable).
• Manage treasury and cashflow: optimize working capital, foreign currency exposure, banking relationships and cash forecasting for a remote-first, global business.
• Implement and maintain ERP and financial analytics stack: drive NetSuite/SAP optimisation, reporting automation and dashboarding to increase accuracy and reduce close cycle.
• Partner with Revenue, Sales and People teams to design go-to-market economics, pricing models, and scalable cost controls supporting rapid hiring and global expansion.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team: set processes, KPIs, governance, and improve financial operating maturity.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven track record as a senior finance leader (Head of Finance / Finance Director) managing P&L and scaling finance operations in high-growth companies.
• Experience managing statutory audits, tax compliance and cross-border reporting for India and international entities.
• Professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA/CMA) or equivalent strongly preferred.
