About The Role:
As a Salesforce & AI Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to two of the most in-demand skills in todays digital world:
- Salesforce CRM: Youll learn how to configure, customize, and extend the Salesforce platform to solve real business problems. This includes working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Web Components, workflows, and automation to deliver end-to-end CRM solutions.
- AI & Einstein Analytics: Alongside Salesforce, youll explore Einstein AI Salesforces built-in AI platform. Youll learn how to leverage predictive analytics, natural language processing, and machine learning models within Salesforce to provide smarter insights, automate decision-making, and enhance customer engagement.
What Youll Do:
- Assist in the configuration and customization of Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and process builders.
- Support the development of Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components under the guidance of senior developers.
- Document technical work, configurations, and processes for knowledge sharing.
- Learn how to leverage Salesforce Einstein AI for predictive analytics, natural language processing, and intelligent automation.
- Gain hands-on exposure to Agentforce, Salesforces conversational AI agents, to understand how AI-driven digital assistants enhance customer and employee experiences.
- Experiment with AI-driven automation and decision-making by combining CRM data with AI models.
- Pursuing a bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Good understanding of databases, object-oriented programming, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce CRM concepts (objects, relationships, workflows).
- Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, or Lightning Web Components (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
