Role Description
The Assistant Sales Manager - Proactive Sales is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, leading sales efforts, and meeting revenue targets. The role involves proactive engagement to drive key account management, coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, and representing the hotel in sales-related forums and events. You will also be responsible for creating strategies to expand the hotels customer base while maintaining professional standards and ethics.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development: Strong skills in building client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and negotiating contracts.
- Proactive Sales Techniques: Experience in utilizing targeted strategies to secure new accounts and market segments.
- Communication and Presentation: Proficiency in verbal and written communication, with excellent presentation skills.
