Finance Manager - Immediate Joining Required.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager to oversee our company’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities. The Finance Manager will play a critical role in managing the financial health of the organization, providing insightful analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department.
Prepare financial reports, statements, and forecasts.
Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Coordinate and support the external audit process.
Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.
Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) efforts.
Support strategic initiatives with financial insight and modeling.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
Mentor and supervise accounting staff and junior finance personnel.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial management role.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Odoo ERP.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, financial reporting and tax regulations.
