Internal Audit Officer

What role you will play in team: You'll be a key member of our internal audit team, contributing to the assessment of risk and control effectiveness across the bank's operations.

What you will do: You will plan, execute, and report on internal audits, contributing to the overall risk management framework of CSB Bank.

Key responsibility:

• Planning and executing internal audits according to the annual audit plan.
• Identifying and evaluating risks and controls across various business units.
• Documenting audit findings and preparing comprehensive audit reports.
• Communicating audit results to management and recommending improvements.
  
• Following up on the implementation of corrective actions.
• Staying updated on auditing standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• CA/CPA/CIA or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in internal audit within the banking sector.
• Strong understanding of banking operations and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in data analysis and report writing.
