Role Overview
Were seeking an enthusiastic Sales Support Associate (BPO Background) to join our Bengaluru team. This role is ideal for professionals with BPO, call center, or customer service backgrounds who want to build a career in international sales. If you have strong communication skills and experience handling calls, this is a great opportunity to move into business development and client engagement.
Youll work closely with our Sales and Marketing team to identify opportunities, connect with potential clients, and support outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Hunting & Enrichment Research and build qualified prospect lists.
- Campaign Finalization Collaborate with sales/marketing to refine outreach campaigns.
- Cold Calling & Outreach Initiate calls and emails to engage prospects.
- Meeting Scheduling Secure qualified meetings for the sales team.
- Event Support Assist in driving footfall and engagement during events.
- Reporting Maintain outreach records and update CRM tools (any prior lead generation tool experience is a plus).
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- 13 years of BPO, call center, or customer service (voice process) experience.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Exceptional English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work 5:00 PM IST 2:00 AM IST (US business hours).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a target-driven mindset.

- Exposure to the IT industry or B2B tech domain
- Prior experience with lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, CRM systems)
