AI Scout - Sr Software Dev Engr

We are looking for a Software Dev Engr Sr/II who have:

• Proven experience designing and building complex solutions using AI Agents, GenAI, MCP and related AI techniques.
• Ability to understand the AI solution or project needs with CSG Product context
• Design AI solutions keeping in mind cost, performance and accuracy needs of the AI solution
• Ability to help integrate AI solutions into CSG Products
• Experience in CI/CD DevOps practices
• Ability to assist development efforts in different products across CSG which might require knowledge in multiple different technology stacks
• Experience in full stack development from user interfaces to server to databases
• Ability to work effectively with API and API Standards
• Demonstrated experience in developing in AWS Cloud environments
• Ability to architect and design complex software systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring and guiding junior developers, including code reviews and technical coaching.
• Capability to analyse, optimize, and troubleshoot code and system performance independently across services and components.
• Strong expertise in multiple programming languages and deep knowledge of software architecture patterns and best practices, enabling high-quality, production-grade solutions.
• Hands-on use of AI-assisted development, including AI coding techniques and tools such as Cursor and Glean, as part of day-to-day development activities.
