About the Company

We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with hands-on expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing AI-driven solutions across both PoC and production environments. The role requires strong technical depth in AI/ML engineering, LLM-based application development, orchestration frameworks, and scalable AI solution delivery.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with hands-on expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Build and optimize ML, Deep Learning, and LLM-powered applications for real-world business use cases.
• Develop Agentic AI workflows involving orchestration, tool usage, memory, planning, and multi-agent coordination.
• Perform data preparation, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Build scalable AI pipelines and integrate AI services with enterprise systems and APIs.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and translate business problems into AI solutions.
• Implement MLOps, LLMOps, and observability practices for production-grade AI systems.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, Data Science, Generative AI, or Agentic AI solution development.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in:
• Machine Learning and Deep Learning
• Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Agentic AI architectures and orchestration frameworks
• Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI agents, and workflow automation
• Experience building and deploying AI applications in both PoC and production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML development libraries/frameworks.
• Experience with modern AI frameworks and ecosystems such as:
• Lang Chain, Llama Index, Crew Ai, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar
• TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
• Understanding of vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search concepts.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and AI services/platforms.
• Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps concepts including CI/CD, monitoring, observability, and model lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with orchestration and workflow tools such as Airflow or Prefect.
• Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, ClickHouse, or similar.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-agent systems and autonomous AI workflows.
• Exposure to AI infrastructure optimization, inference performance tuning, or scalable AI deployments.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps, and API-based architectures.
• Experience with real-time data processing frameworks such as Spark.
• Telecom domain knowledge (CM, PM, FM datasets across Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei, Samsung, etc.) is an added advantage.

Good to Have

• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• AI/ML certifications or advanced specialization courses.
• Exposure to Responsible AI, AI governance, and AI security best practices.
