Job Title - Program Manager
Skill Set- POI, Navigation, Mapping, GIS, Stake holder Management.
Location- Hyderabad
Shifts- Rotational Shifts, Rotational Week off
Budget- 20 LPA (including 15% Variable Pay)
Transport- 2 Way Cab Facility
Roles and responsibilities:
- Leadership skills to lead large team towards meeting project goals
- Provide recommendations for improvement of the mapping process
- Oversee hiring, training, mentoring, and reviewing performance
- Coordinate with various functional managers for smooth execution of the project Drive service delivery performance
- Escalation Management
- Risk Management
- Stakeholder interaction
- SLA Management
- People and Process management
- Deep understanding of project management systems and tools such as workflow management system
- Support Sr. Management with timely inputs on project progress and team performance
- Quality metrics review, maintenance, and management
- Client coordination resolving technical queries from the team for any escalations/resolutions
- Staffing, Training Need Identification & Training Effectiveness
- Project planning and delivery management
- Manage Team managers, Team Leads and troubleshoot issues
- Periodic status review meeting
- Manage and monitor performance
- Adapt to change management
