Job Description
- As a React Developer Lead at Cubic Logics, located in Bangalore near HSR & Kudlugate on Hosur Road, you will be a vital part of our development team with 5-10 years of experience. Your role will involve leading and mentoring a team of React developers, ensuring high-quality code standards and performance in web applications. Additionally, you will be responsible for architecting scalable solutions, managing project timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Your expertise in React.js, CI/CD pipelines, and team handling will be highly valued in this role.
Your responsibilities will include guiding and supporting a team of React developers, designing and developing complex web applications, and implementing scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with business goals. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements, integrate APIs and third-party libraries, and ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness across various devices and platforms. Additionally, you will stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development and React.js.
To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, possess 5-10 years of professional experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React.js, and have proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams. You should have a solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js, along with experience in state management libraries, modern frontend build tools, and integration with backend services. Proficiency in version control systems, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential requirements.
Preferred skills for this role include experience with TypeScript, modern JavaScript, React.js ecosystem, SharePoint framework, scalable component structures, state management, performance optimization techniques, testing frameworks, debugging complex issues, and cloud services deployment pipelines.
