Role Description
As a LinkedIn Lead Generation & Outreach Executive, you will be the first touchpoint in our client acquisition journey. This role demands a strategic mindset, an eye for identifying high-potential leads, and the communication skills to nurture them until theyre sales-ready. You will play a critical role in driving business growth for Cuboc Display by identifying prospects, engaging key decision-makers, and coordinating with the sales/export team to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation via LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Identify high-quality leads across industries like retail, electronics, cosmetics, FMCG, and export buyers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Build tailored prospect lists by applying filters (industry, geography, role, company size).
Consistently achieve weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
2. Outreach & Relationship Building
Initiate and manage outreach to potential clients via personalized InMails and connection requests.Develop relationships through consistent, value-driven communication.
Engage decision-makers, understand their display needs, and guide them through the early stages of the sales funnel.
3.? ?Content Engagement & Personal Branding
Actively engage with relevant industry content to boost visibility for both yourself and Cuboc Display.
Recommend or post company content such as product highlights, use cases, or case studies to attract inbound interest.
Ensure your LinkedIn profile is aligned with Cuboc Displays branding and messaging.
4. Coordination with Sales/Export Team
Qualify and transfer warm leads to the internal sales/export teams along with detailed background.
Coordinate meetings or product demos between leads and appropriate stakeholders.
Share market insights or client feedback to improve pitch strategies.
5.? ?Reporting & CRM Management
Maintain detailed lead tracking in CRM (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
Prepare weekly performance reports highlighting response rates, conversations, key insights, and conversions.

Flag any process gaps or tool issues for improvement.
6. Market Intelligence
Stay up to date with B2B display trends, international trade updates, and potential client verticals.
Monitor competitor activities and share insights with the product/marketing teams.
Suggest new geographies or segments based on market feedback and engagement data.
Qualifications
Minimum 13 years of experience in LinkedIn-based B2B lead generation or export sales.
Familiarity with international trade practices and B2B outreach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools.
