Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Head / Plant Head / R&D Lead (New Product Development) at Cuboc Display. The role involves overseeing plant operations, production planning, quality control, budgeting, and production management at our production unit in Delhi, India. ????

AtCuboc Display, were growing fast but were also facing a critical bottleneck:New Product Development.

We haveover 10 new products in the pipeline, all at various stages but due to bandwidth constraints, they havent been launched yet.

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility forproduction planningandday-to-day factory operations
• Improvingproduction efficiency(currently at 60%) by implementing systems, processes, and controls
• Ensuringsmooth flow of materials, damage-free movement, and faster throughput
• Leadingnew product research and development
• Identifying ways toreduce raw material costswithout compromising on quality
• Creating an environment forcontinuous innovation and improvement

Qualifications

• Production Planning and Quality Control skills
• Experience in budgeting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles
• Previous experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry
• Someone withexperience in leading factory operations / production lines
• Strong background inmechanical / industrial / product engineering
• Hands-on withR&D and NPD (New Product Development)
