We are looking for a talented individual who is proficient in using various data analysis tools and programming languages, such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel, to manipulate and analyze data. In the role, you will have to employ statistical techniques, data visualization, and data mining methods to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data. By utilizing descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics, data analysts provide insights and actionable recommendations to key decision-makers.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis.
• Experience with data cleaning and working with unstructured data.
• Proficiency in working with visualization tools.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL.
• Intermediate-level proficiency in Python or R.
• Expertise in any business intelligence (BI) tool.

Responsibilities

• Develop a structured data pipeline enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions on market penetration, growth, retention, customer satisfaction, and monetization.
• Assist the Growth team by providing insights and trend analysis for growth strategies through data analysis.
• Create frameworks for conducting structured and unstructured experiments.
• Analyze and measure the impact of ongoing initiatives to gain a thorough understanding of the value derived from various growth levers.
• Utilize statistical analysis techniques, including data collection, gathering, collation, cleaning, analysis, and reporting, to derive meaningful insights from data.
• Test all new reports and deliverables, conducting periodic reviews for quality control.
• Build and manage regular and ad hoc reporting and dashboards, ensuring timely delivery.
• Utilize various exploration and analysis tools to measure defined metrics and uncover new insights.
• Understand user behavior through analyzed data and suggest changes to existing products and services.
