We are building deeply integrated AI systems for schools across the world.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to own the full lifecycle of a school post-sale - from onboarding to deep adoption.
This is a high-ownership, operator role where you are responsible for ensuring that schools successfully implement CuePilot and that teachers actively use the platform in their daily workflows.
What You Will Own1. School Onboarding & Implementation
- Take complete ownership of accounts handed over from Sales
- Drive end-to-end onboarding:
- Data collection (students, teachers, classes, fees, etc.)
- Platform setup and configuration
- Go-live readiness
- Ensure schools are fully set up within defined timelines
2. Teacher Training & Adoption
- Conduct training sessions for:
- Teachers
- School leadership
- Admin teams
- Ensure teachers reach their first aha moment quickly (e.g. creating first report/communication)
- Drive ongoing adoption:
- Regular check-ins
- Nudges and follow-ups
- Usage tracking
3. Proactive Account Management
- Own relationship with school stakeholders (founders, principals, coordinators)
- Move accounts from reactive to proactive management
- Anticipate issues before they become escalations
- Ensure high satisfaction and long-term retention
4. Issue Resolution & Tech Coordination
- Troubleshoot platform issues and bugs
- Clearly document and escalate issues to the Tech team
- Work closely with Product/Tech to ensure:
- Fast resolution
- Clear communication back to the client
- Maintain ownership until resolution

Skills & Background
- 26 years experience in:
- Customer Success / Account Management / Operations
- Experience working with schools / education / EdTech strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills (spoken + written)
- Ability to run training sessions confidently
- Comfortable with tools like CRMs, ticketing systems, and dashboards

- Schools go live on time and smoothly
- Teachers actively use the platform within 2 weeks of onboarding
- Minimal escalations; issues handled early
- High client satisfaction and retention
- Clear, structured internal reporting
