Role Overview
The Ethics Support Specialist will support the organizations ethics and compliance framework by managing Code of Conduct (CoC) related processes, promoting ethical awareness, driving preventive interventions, and ensuring timely resolution and reporting of ethics concerns. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills to help build and sustain an ethical workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end support for ethics and Code of Conduct (CoC) cases, including documentation, tracking, follow-ups, and closure support.
- Analyze CoC violation trends, identify risk patterns, and recommend proactive and reactive actions to reduce recurrence.
- Develop and deliver ethics awareness initiatives, including education and training modules on CoC violations and workplace ethics.
- Create engaging ethics communication content such as snippets, videos, posters, infographics, and awareness campaigns for employees.
- Draft and circulate communication mailers related to ethics policies, awareness programs, and key compliance updates.
- Suggest and implement training interventions based on recurring concerns, employee feedback, and trend analysis.
- Partner with HR, Legal, and business stakeholders to strengthen ethics governance and preventive controls.
- Maintain ethics dashboards, reports, and MIS for leadership review and audit requirements.
- Support policy reviews and recommend improvements aligned with organizational values and compliance standards.
- Assist in conducting ethics pulse surveys, awareness drives, and employee engagement initiatives to strengthen ethical culture in collaboration with HRBP & Business functions.
- Ensure confidentiality, neutrality, and professionalism while handling sensitive ethics-related matters.
- Benchmark industry best practices and recommend innovative approaches to improve ethics awareness and compliance effectiveness.
