Job Description
About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to support our HR department in recruitment, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for people management.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
Assist with employee onboarding and induction processes.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support in employee engagement initiatives and HR activities.
Handle attendance, leave management, and employee queries.
Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining HR databases.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
Required Skills

Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
QualificationsBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
35 years of experience in HR or recruitment
Preferred AttributesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
