Job Description
- Role Overview:
You will be performing skilled activities to support manufacturing business needs, including repair, maintenance, and improvement of equipment and processes. You will select and use appropriate tools, machinery, and specialty equipment to complete work with limited guidance. It is essential for you to learn and apply safe work practices for electricity and other energy sources when working with industrial equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stop work and immediately report major injury hazards, incidents, or unsafe conditions.
- Comply with all Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards, policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and promote a culture of safety by supporting colleagues and correcting hazards within control.
- Actively participate in HSE training and initiatives to minimize environmental impact.
- Apply high standards of workmanship and craftsmanship, support equipment uptime, and conduct downtime failure analysis.
- Perform work using diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and specifications, and provide feedback into the Preventive Maintenance system.
- Follow all process documentation and quality procedures, perform quality inspections, and raise issues to minimize cost and quality risks.
- Perform skilled maintenance and repair activities aligned with role responsibilities, conduct preventive, corrective, emergency, and predictive maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment, collaborate with peers and support staff to identify and reduce manufacturing constraints, solve problems, improve processes, and participate in continuous improvement activities.

- Communicate effectively with team members and support teams, actively participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives, complete required training, and pursue personal development aligned with business needs.
Qualification Required:
- High school diploma, secondary school certificate, or equivalent.
- Additional certifications or licenses may be required for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
- Some work experience or intermediate knowledge gained through education, training, or hands-on experience.
- Experience in equipment maintenance, repair, and industrial safety practices is an advantage, familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance systems is preferred.,
