Job Description
- You will be responsible for managing, developing, and implementing programs consisting of multiple cross-functional projects. Your role will involve partnering with key business stakeholders to ensure successful project completion. Additionally, you will lead initiatives aimed at optimizing supply capacity, improving demand visibility, and managing procurement deliverables for new business start-ups. This position requires strong project leadership skills, risk management capabilities, and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Optimizing Supply Capacity: Monitoring the overall status of supply capacity for each engine/genset family to maintain efficient and reliable supply chains with minimal disruptions.
- Clear Demand Visibility: Acting as the primary contact for demand visibility, providing stakeholders with accurate and timely information on both constrained and unconstrained demand to facilitate strategic decision-making.
- Accurate Demand Signals: Collaborating with global material planning teams to ensure precise EDI demand signals, keeping the supply base informed and responsive.
- Lead Capacity Uplift: Driving capacity uplift initiatives for complex, cross-functional categories to enhance overall supply chain resilience.
- Timely Procurement Deliverables: Ensuring timely completion of all procurement deliverables for new business start-ups to support successful launch and scaling of ventures.
- Program Management: Managing and implementing cross-functional programs in collaboration with key stakeholders to meet business objectives.
- Project Leadership: Leading multiple projects from start to finish, facilitating planning sessions, setting performance goals, and tracking progress for successful execution.
- Risk Management and Coaching: Identifying and mitigating project risks, applying motivational techniques for driving change, and coaching team members to promote continuous improvement and collaboration.

Qualifications required for the role include:

- Licenses & Certifications: This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, manufacturing sourcing/procurement, or vendor management.
