Job Description

    Role Overview:
    As the Revenue Planning Lead at Cult, your primary responsibility is to develop and manage comprehensive revenue planning processes to support the organization's strategic goals. You will be tasked with creating and executing annual, quarterly, and monthly plans, identifying revenue opportunities, and collaborating closely with stakeholders. Your analytical skills will be crucial in analyzing complex business problems and deriving actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making.
    Key Responsibilities:
    - Develop and manage the annual operating plan, ensuring alignment with the overall strategic objectives of the organization.
    - Work on quarterly and monthly plans, adapting to changing business conditions and priorities as needed.
    - Automate elements of the planning process to enhance efficiency.
    - Identify short-term and long-term revenue opportunities through in-depth analysis of business metrics and trends.
    - Collaborate with key stakeholders from various departments to translate identified opportunities into actionable strategies.
    - Conduct detailed analyses of business problems, gather and analyze data to uncover insights, and recommend effective solutions.
    - Present your findings and recommendations to senior management to guide strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
    - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, finance, sales, and operations to ensure cohesive planning and execution of initiatives.
    - Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to gain consensus and support for planning initiatives.
    - Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish a framework to track performance against plans, reporting progress to senior leadership.

    - Utilize data visualization tools to create comprehensive dashboards and reports that facilitate informed decision-making.
    Qualifications Required:
    - Bachelors degree or MBA from Tier 1 colleges.
    - 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or strategic planning.
    - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel.
    - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable plans.
    - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, delivering high-quality results within deadlines.,
