Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our team. The role blends financial coordination with data accuracy

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Coordination & Reporting: Collaborate with Restaurant Managers to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, addressing discrepancies promptly.
2. Transaction Reconciliation: Reconcile cash, card, and digital transactions, investigating and resolving mismatches to maintain financial accuracy.
3. Record-Keeping & Compliance: Maintain precise financial records, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
4. Data Entry & Verification: Enter financial and operational data efficiently, while verifying accuracy, completeness, and correcting errors.

5. Data Maintenance: Ensure integrity, consistency, and up-to-date records across all systems.

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail with an ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (experience with ERP systems is a plus).
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data with accuracy and speed.
