Job Description

    As a talented and experienced BIM Architect Visualization Lead at Turner India, you will play a crucial role in driving high-quality visual outputs for US-based AEC projects. Your responsibilities will involve leading a team of visualization artists to deliver renderings, animations, VR content, and interactive visualizations that enhance project communication and client engagement. This position, based in Mumbai, requires close coordination with internal teams and US counterparts.

    Your expertise in architectural and BIM modeling will be key as you lead the production of accurate and visually compelling architectural visualizations using BIM-based workflows. You will translate architectural designs and construction models into renderings, walkthroughs, and real-time experiences, ensuring architectural fidelity and design intent across all visual outputs. By leveraging BIM tools like Revit and SketchUp, along with visualization engines such as Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion, and TwinMotion, you will deliver high-impact visuals while staying updated on visualization trends and emerging technologies.
    In addition to your architectural and visualization skills, you will also provide team leadership and technical oversight. Mentoring and guiding visualization artists and junior BIM professionals, reviewing work for quality control, and managing resource allocation for concurrent projects will be part of your responsibilities. You will facilitate team learning through training sessions, best practice sharing, and innovation pilots, contributing to performance reviews and recruitment efforts.

    Collaboration and client interaction are vital aspects of this role. You will collaborate with US-based design, construction, and VDC teams to understand project needs and visualization goals, serving as a liaison between the visualization team and project stakeholders. Participation in design coordination meetings, presentation of visualization deliverables, and effective communication across global teams are essential for successful project outcomes.
    To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field (Master's degree preferred) and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM modeling with a strong portfolio of architectural visualizations. Proficiency in BIM tools like Revit, SketchUp, and Navisworks, as well as hands-on experience with rendering tools such as Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion, TwinMotion, and 3DS Max, is required. Experience with real-time rendering platforms like Unity and Unreal Engine is a strong plus. Strong leadership, coordination, communication skills, ability to manage multiple deadlines, and experience working with global teams or international clients are desirable qualities for this role.,
