As we expand our reach, were on the lookout for driven Business Development Executives who are excited to be a part of our growth journey.

Role Overview:

We are hiring Business Development Executives who can join us in either a freelance or full-time capacity. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, establishing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with potential clients and partners in the education sector

Pitch our EdTech offerings to educational institutions, parents, and learners

Build and manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities

Drive conversions through persuasive communication and relationship building

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align strategies

Compensation Options:

1. Freelance Role:

  • Performance-based model
  • Earn 6% of the total revenue generated by your direct efforts
  • Ideal for self-motivated individuals looking for flexibility and high incentives

2. Full-Time Role:

Looking to get Placed? Try our Placement Guarantee Plan

  • Fixed monthly salary: ?12,000 ?15,000
  • Final salary will be based on performance in the second round of the interview
  • Scope for growth and bonuses based on targets achieved.

Who You Are:

  • Passionate about education and EdTech
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-driven and self-motivated
  • Basic understanding of business development practices
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or education (preferred but not mandatory.
