Role Overview:
We are hiring Business Development Executives who can join us in either a freelance or full-time capacity. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, establishing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential clients and partners in the education sector
Pitch our EdTech offerings to educational institutions, parents, and learners
Build and manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities
Drive conversions through persuasive communication and relationship building
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align strategies
Compensation Options:
1. Freelance Role:
- Performance-based model
- Earn 6% of the total revenue generated by your direct efforts
- Ideal for self-motivated individuals looking for flexibility and high incentives
2. Full-Time Role:

- Fixed monthly salary: ?12,000 ?15,000
- Final salary will be based on performance in the second round of the interview
- Scope for growth and bonuses based on targets achieved.
Who You Are:
- Passionate about education and EdTech
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven and self-motivated
- Basic understanding of business development practices
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or education (preferred but not mandatory.
