Role Summary & Role Description

State Streets Security Administration Services Team is looking to hire Sr Associate in India. We are looking for a proven candidate to Support State Streets 24/7 Security Administration Services Help Desk. Provide internal Help Desk support for our global employee and client base.

In this role, you will support day-to-day operations by delivering timely, high-quality service. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while following established procedures and controls.

As a member of the SAS Helpdesk you will:

• Handle calls and chats on a daily basis.

• Document requests, troubleshooting steps, and outcomes in Service Now to maintain accurate records and enable reporting.

• Follow standard operating procedures and escalation paths identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.

• Meet individual and team service-level goals (e.g., response time, resolution time, quality) while delivering a strong customer experience.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

B.Sc. in computer science or equivalent technical degree.

Total experience & relevant of 4-5 years in the IT Industry in infrastructure space in providing hands on technical support with leadership skills.

Core/Must have skills

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

• 
  Must have strong interpersonal, business, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proven analytical mindset, ability to troubleshoot.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment

• Knowledge of ServiceNow knowledgebase and ticketing system
