About The Work From Home Job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Assist in onboarding new restaurant merchants


• Assist the customer success team with handling customer queries via the ticketing tool and support chat


• Contribute to building and strengthening our operations processes

4 Assist restaurant partners in keeping the highest level of hygiene of their page

• Build a strong knowledge base for the customers and help improve their product adoption


• Represent the voice of the customer to proactively provide input and feedback to sales, product, finance, tech, and other departments
