Analyst II/Senior Analyst I FP&A Revenue

The candidate will work as an Analyst/ Senior Analyst, FP&A (Revenue) in Cvent’s Financial Planning and Analysis division. The individual would be responsible for managing Annual US GAAP Revenue Budget and Monthly Forecasting, for assigned portfolio of products/teams from Cvent Platform and perform other analysis including but not limited to variance analysis (budget vs. actuals), monthly reforecasts, commission reports, management reports & SAAS Metrics. This position provides an excellent opportunity to work in a global financial planning and analysis team and collaborate very closely with his or her colleagues in various departments of Cvent India. Candidates will be required to work with software tools such as the Salesforce CRM platform, inhouse software, and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.Our team of 35 Finance professionals is a close-knit group of dynamic and high-energy professionals working out of our McLean (USA) and Gurgaon offices (5 in McLean and 30 in Gurgaon). • Responsible for US GAAP Revenue Budgeting and Reforecasting• Work on Scheduled Business Metrics reports to be used by Senior Management• Provide information to management by collating and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.• Generate reports from Salesforce CRM and Adaptive Insights data analysis tools.• Work on ad-hoc projects ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.• Team player, flexible, results oriented; ability to work well under pressure of managing concurrent deadlines and prioritizing multiple projects

• MBA/CIMA/CFA/ Graduate (Science or Commerce from a good college).• Understanding of US GAAP revenue• 3 - 5 Years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis/Accounting/Financial Reporting function of a multi-national company.• Detailed working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.• Possesses excellent communication skills (verbal and written).• Exhibits excellent analytical and logical ability.• Be quick to adapt to the dynamic environment of Cvent• Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented and can multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing, entrepreneurial environment.• Displays attention to detail, is deadline focused and can prioritize and execute multiple tasks at once.• Have a positive approach towards any situation plus be more solution oriented
