Position Overview
Our Product & Technology team is seeking a Support Analyst
Position Description

• Maintaining and improving the data flow globally
• Measure data timeliness, availability, quality & consistency
• Work closely with business process owners, accountability points for data quality/accuracy
• Collaborating with country contacts to follow up on delays to data feeds
• Monitoring and building of scorecards on Data timeliness & accuracy to meet KPI’s

• Seek to automate where possible monitoring mechanisms
• Proactively feedback data integrity and product quality statistics to appropriate teams to drive improvement.
• SUPPORT:
• As such the candidate will have experience acting as point of contact of accountability for data content and quality that is consumed, processed, and delivered to reporting tools.
• Reporting
• Ensuring data is available in reporting tools in a timely manner
• Review reports to measure & meet KPI’s
• Deliver results to management on a weekly/monthly & quarterly basis
• Data Quality
• Work closely with key country contacts to ensure data is accurate and delivered on time
• Work with extended Product & Data teams to feedback issues on data integrity and error trends to continually improve the areas of reporting for clients.
• Other tasks and responsibilities as required

Position Requirements

• Advanced Microsoft office skills/Excel skills.
• SQL/Python/Tableau experience would be an advantage
• Strong IT skills and ideally some experience of working with statistical software packages
• Problem analysis solving skills
• Understanding of end-to-end data processes and data flow and Products
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities whilst achieving required service level agreements and meeting critical deadlines.
• Ability to work in an open team environment.
• Fluent in English to work with customers
• Strong communication skills across variety of business and technical teams
• Desired:
• Travel industry knowledge (minimum 2 years’ experience)
• Ideally with TX and Back-office experience
• Understanding of data presentation for reporting purposes
