Job Description

Skills:

5-7+ years of Product Management Experience.
Comprehensive understanding of a CRM platform, capabilities, and integrations; Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or experience required.
Background in developing solutions supporting all aspects of the client lifecycle including Sales/Marketing, Pipeline Management, Servicing and Operations.
Strong understanding of agile best practices and product development.
Product experience in a financial institution/bank preferred.

Responsibilities:

Proactive product manager to lead the agile team and manage the development work

Collaborate with the agile team, write user stories, manage a backlog, as well as actively participate in the development process through daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, validation sessions, product release activities including UAT, quarterly planning, and other interactions.
Partner with internal stakeholders and partners to understand business needs/objectives and clearly articulate requirements to the team.
Communicate with key stakeholders, leaders, and management to ensure they are aligned, and their expectations are met with the product delivery.
Collaborate with product leads and Technology to provide input to the roadmap.
