This is an internship role for a HR IT Recruiter at Cybermind Works, located in Chennai. The HR IT Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, IT recruitment, technical recruiting, and hiring activities on-site. Key tasks include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fulfill IT roles within the organization.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer science would be a huge plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Certifications in HR or Recruitment would be a plus
