Were hiring for our client, Imitate Labs: Social Media Manager & Performance Marketer

Imitate Labs is building Aurra Telecaller — an AI sales agent that finds leads, calls them, qualifies them, and follows up automatically through calls and WhatsApp.

• They are looking for someone who can own social media + paid marketing end-to-end for one focused Instagram account.

What youll own:

1. Create 3–4 reels per week using tools like Luma AI, ElevenLabs, Canva, and other AI creative tools.
2. Set up, run, and optimise Meta ad campaigns targeting business owners across Tamil Nadu.
3. Respond to inbound Instagram DMs within 30 minutes and qualify leads before passing them to the sales team.
4. Track and report weekly on one key number: cost per demo booking.
5. Own the content calendar, posting schedule, hooks, creatives, and campaign direction.
   

Youre a strong fit if:

1. Youve run Meta ads before and understand CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversion quality.
2. Youve created content that actually stopped the scroll, not just looked good.
3. You care more about demos, leads, and revenue than likes and followers.
4. You know how to use AI tools to produce better content faster.
5. You are based in Chennai and comfortable working from the Thiruvanmiyur office.
