About the Role
We are seeking an experienced US IT Technical Recruiter to support our growing client base across the United States. The ideal candidate will have strong experience sourcing and placing IT professionals on W2, C2C, and 1099 models, with a deep understanding of the US hiring market, visa types, and compliance requirements.
This role requires strong sourcing skills, relationship management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT positions (Contract / Contract-to-Hire / Full-time).
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and internal databases.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, work authorization, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and prepare candidates for client interviews.
- Negotiate pay rates (W2, C2C, 1099) and manage offer discussions.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Sales teams to understand client requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM systems.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of consultants across technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of US tax terms: W2, C2C, 1099.
- Knowledge of visa types: H1B, OPT, GC, USC, TN, etc.
- Experience recruiting for technologies such as:
- .NET / Java / Python
- AWS / Azure / GCP
- DevOps / SRE
- Data Engineering / AI/ML
- Cybersecurity
- SAP / Salesforce / ServiceNow
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with VMS/MSP clients (preferred).

- Ability to work US time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with direct clients in the US.
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search expertise.
- Experience using ATS tools like Bullhorn, Ceipal, JobDiva, etc.
- Ability to handle multiple open requirements simultaneously.
