Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals, to source top talent.
- Screening and Selection: Screen resumes, conduct phone or video interviews, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation. Experience in ATS - Pyjama HR is preferable.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Offer Management: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate salaries, and finalize joining formalities.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, provide guidance on recruitment best practices, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and tools (e.g., ATS, HRIS).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
