About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly candidates who are eager to start their career in the GST & Compliance domain. This role is ideal for freshers who want to learn about GST, taxation systems, and customer support in a professional environment.

You will help clients use Cygnet’s GST and Compliance software smoothly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer customer queries through calls, emails, and chat in a polite and professional manner.
• Support customers in using GST-related products such as GST Filing, E-Invoicing, E-Way Bill, and Reconciliation.
  
• Guide users on how to navigate the portal and solve basic issues.
• Help customers understand GST processes and required documentation.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the concerned team and follow up for resolution.
• Maintain proper records of customer issues and solutions.
• Stay updated with GST portal changes and new product features.
• Support both voice and non-voice processes as required.
• Be open to working in rotational shifts (including night shifts, if required).

Skills & Requirements

• Good communication skills (spoken and written English).
• Basic knowledge of Accounts or GST (preferred but not mandatory).
• Willingness to learn and grow in the GST & Compliance field.
• Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.

Shift Flexibility

• Open to rotational and night shifts as per business requirements.
