Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Scrum Master with extensive knowledge in financial systems, particularly NetSuite, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and a proven track record of successfully managing Scrum teams in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of financial processes, and the ability to drive continuous improvement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure the Scrum team adheres to Agile principles and practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure the team can focus on delivering high-quality products.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly assessing team performance and implementing necessary changes.
• Provide guidance and support to team members on Agile best practices.
• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters to ensure alignment and consistency across teams.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Utilize financial systems knowledge, particularly with NetSuite, to support the team in achieving their goals.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• Extensive knowledge of financial systems, particularly NetSuite.
