Data Scientist

We are looking for a talented and motivated AI & Machine Learning Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to develop, deploy, and optimize AI/ML models that solve real‑world business problems. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in machine learning, a strong foundation in AI concepts, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning and AI models for production use
• Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Develop and optimize algorithms for classification, regression, clustering, and prediction
• Implement deep learning models where applicable
• Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, and product teams
• Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed
• Contribute to documentation, best practices, and model explainability

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field
• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in AI/ML development
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and AI fundamentals
• Experience with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit‑learn
• Knowledge of statistics, probability, and linear algebra
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data
• Familiarity with Git/version control systems

• Experience with Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch)
• Exposure to NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI
• Experience in model deployment using REST APIs, Docker, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, CI/CD, monitoring pipelines)
• Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases

• Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking
• Good communication and cross‑team collaboration skills
• Ability to manage tasks independently
