Job Description
- As an Operations Lead, your role involves designing and institutionalizing Leader Standard Work (LSW) frameworks across key functions. You will drive the development and ongoing management of Yearly Goal Trees, leading and coordinating Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) to ensure accuracy, relevance, and follow-through of action items. Your responsibilities will also include preparing executive presentations and dashboards for senior leadership, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals and KPIs, and managing internal communications including Townhalls, Leadership messages, and updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and institutionalize Leader Standard Work (LSW) frameworks
- Drive the development and ongoing management of Yearly Goal Trees
- Lead and coordinate Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs)
- Prepare executive presentations and dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Manage internal communications
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
- Track and report key metrics related to operational excellence and engagement

Qualifications Required:
- MBA with a specialization in Operations, Strategy, or General Management
- 7-8 years of experience in business operations or program management
- Familiarity with tools like Power BI or other dashboarding solutions
