- Expert Knowledge: Provide specialized insights in customer service and service order management.
- Technical Support: Resolve customer issues and provide functional support.
- Documentation: Assist with project documentation and training materials.
- Liaison: Coordinate with support teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Mentoring: Train and mentor new associates during onboarding.
- Knowledge Maintenance: Developing and maintaining an understanding of customer-specific business environments and service level agreements.
- Problem Resolution: Identifying and resolving customer problems using defined procedures and documenting troubles
