Job Description
- l Business Development and marketing of Cytelabs parameters
- l Regular Meetings with the Customers - Hospitals, Nursing Homes and individual doctors for promoting Cytelabs test Parameters but not limited to Histopathology.
- l Relationship building and management with all customers - internal and external, Existing and New
- l Monthly Planning of all sales and marketing activities including collections.
- l Onboarding of New Customers
- l Timely submission of invoices to all customers.
- l Timely Collections and minimising the outstanding at any given time.
- l Identification of unidentified collections, mapping with invoices/bills, getting, justifying and explaining the deductions and reporting to the concerned teams for updation in HIS.
- l Getting the TDS details and certificates thereof from customers wherever TDS has been deducted.
- l Cross functional interaction and relationship management with all stakeholders - internal & external.
- l Any other assignments and tasks entrusted by the organisation.
- Address and resolve escalated concerns or complaints regarding lab services.
