Job Description
Support the Resource Management department in the areas of data analysis and data quality. Responsible to support operational stakeholders through use of dashboards, reporting, and visualization. These insights will aid business critical decisions and objectives. Assist with requirements gathering and facilitation of new tools and reporting.
- Collaborate with the Resource Management, Project Management, Finance, Talent Acquisition departments to deliver meaningful metrics, trends, key insights, and analysis in clear, concise stories for various stakeholders at all levels
- Develop a comprehensive and deep understanding of Cytel’s data to help enhance data quality; conduct regular data cleaning efforts
- Monitor Key data elements across systems for accuracy and completeness. Proactively address data quality issues through direct engagement with SMEs and system owners to identify root causes and develop strategies for improvements
- Collaborate across a multi-departmental matrix to collect data and requirements from different sources and stakeholders
- Provide input and assumptions to serve as foundation of resourcing models
- Utilize interactive, informative data visualizations and dashboards to communicate key findings to stakeholders and issue guidance or recommendations
- Liaise with stakeholders to support training on systems, processes, and analytics related to resource management practices
- Develop and execute data-driven research projects to improve service offerings
- Provide recommendations for process automation and efficiency enhancements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Five or more years’ experience analyzing data for forecasting purposes. Strongly prefer CRO experience in Recruitment Analytics or Resource Management
- General knowledge of the CRO industry, Clinical Trials and the Drug Development process
- Reporting and Analytics experience in the areas of Resource Management, Project Management, or Human Resources
- Strong experience with using Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis
- Strong experience with using Microsoft PowerPoint to deliver data and analysis to internal stakeholders
- Experience with using Microsoft Excel for modeling and forecasting
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence reporting tools such as PowerBI, Spotfire, or Tableau
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- High degree of attention to detail
