The Regional Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving lead generation and strengthening Cytivas market positioning in India.
This position reports to the Senior Manager, India Marketing and is part of the Commercial Marketing APAC organization and will be working remotely to cover India region. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
What You Would Do
- Drive lead generation and strengthen Cytivas market positioning through an end‑to‑end full‑funnel marketing strategy aligned with India growth targets.
- Manage local leads using the CRM system and following-up funnel progression with sales.
- Leverage KOLs, VoC, win-loss and competitive insights to drive targeted marketing programs, funnel growth, and pricing strategies.
- Build collaborations with academic institutes, start‑ups, CDMOs, and promote Cytiva Experience Centre, Custom Engineering and FastTrak labs through structured training programs. Dynamically adapt marketing based on market and competitive intelligence.
- Mentor and enable the sales teams around new technologies, focusing on product positioning and value proposition. Be an active part of a cross-functional team that generates and deploys marketing campaigns across digital and non-digital marketing channels.
- Preferably a graduate in Life Sciences.
- Possess prior experience in commercial or field marketing, utilizing marketing insights for field execution.
- Strong presentation and communication skills to design and deliver effective product positioning training for sales teams, and distributors.
- Experience of managing content marketing software.

- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time within India region; globally as and when required
- Executing full‑funnel marketing to drive lead generation and market growth.
- Using customer, market, and competitive insights to guide focused marketing actions.
- Supporting the customer buying journey through strong sales collaboration and CRM discipline.
- Building partnerships to enable capability development and consistent value messaging across channels.
