Job Description
- As a Social Media Coordinator/Executive at Kumari.co, you will play a crucial role in elevating our digital presence and engaging with our audience effectively. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing innovative social media strategies, collaborating with internal teams and agencies, managing performance marketing campaigns, and optimizing campaign performance based on key metrics.
You will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing impactful social media campaigns across various platforms. This will involve creating content calendars, coordinating with agencies, and ensuring alignment with brand messaging and campaign objectives. Your role will also require effective coordination with creative and digital agencies for timely campaign execution and cohesive brand storytelling.
In addition, you will be tasked with planning and executing performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads. This includes managing campaigns across different marketing funnel stages such as Awareness, Interest, Consideration, and Conversion, and optimizing campaigns based on metrics like ROAS, cost of acquisition, and brand recall. Your expertise in managing Google Search campaigns, Performance Max campaigns, and dynamic retargeting ads will be essential in maximizing campaign efficiency.
As part of your role, you will need to leverage Meta Business Manager and Ads Manager effectively for campaign management, stay updated on Meta and Google advertising policies, and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights. Conducting thorough competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities.

To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in social media management and performance marketing, proficiency in Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, and Google Ads, and a strong understanding of digital advertising metrics and optimization strategies. Hands-on experience with Google Search campaigns, Performance Max campaigns, and retargeting ads, along with excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach, will be crucial for success. Strong coordination and communication skills for agency and cross-functional collaboration, as well as staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, are highly desirable. Experience in the jewelry or lifestyle sector is considered a plus.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. In addition to the base salary, performance bonuses and yearly bonuses are offered.
