Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will work as a Quality Assurance Officer, ensuring that the production, packing, and processing meet the highest standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to learn the inner workings of a food manufacturing plant and develop expertise in quality control, analysis, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Physical-Chemical & Microbiological Analysis: Conduct and analyze routine tests to ensure product quality and safety.
• Sensory Analysis: Assist in evaluating product quality through sensory testing to meet customer expectations.
• Statistical Analysis: Utilize statistical methods to monitor and improve production processes.
• Quality Assurance (On-Floor): Support on-floor activities to ensure strict adherence to production, packing, and processing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• 
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for quality improvement and assist in problem-solving.

Qualifications

Education: A recent graduate or final semester student pursuing a BTech/MTech in Food Technology.

Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an interest in food safety, quality control, and manufacturing processes.

Knowledge: Basic understanding of food quality standards and the manufacturing process.

Desire to Learn: Enthusiasm to develop practical skills in food technology and quality assurance.

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Chandrapura, Bangalore.

Internship Option: We are open to hiring interns currently in their last semester of BTech/MTech Food Technology programs.
